In the same way as the original version, the NEOCOLOR™ II water-soluble wax oil pastels promote a sense of liberation: freedom to express oneself through style, color selection, and the range of uses. The addition of brush strokes adds a final touch, revealing the true nature of the pigments. Crafted and produced in Switzerland.

Each color exhibits exceptional covering power and excellent lightfastness. It is softer than a colored pencil, and extremely responsive to a wet brush. Wet and dry techniques can be combined in the same drawing. This is soft enough to smudge with your fingertips, and are much firmer than oil pastels. This set comes in an easy to store plastic case. Usable on various materials: paper,canvas, cardboard, glass, wood, leather, fabric, stone and more! Each color stick is 3/8" diameter × 4" long.
